    Nut Recipes

    Nuts bring a dimension of toasty richness to so many baked goods, and can be used in a variety of ways. They can be incorporated directly into crusts and doughs, as in this Pecan Gingersnap Pie Crust or these Pistachio Shortbread Cookies. They can provide textural contrast in decadent, luscious pie fillings, as in this Honey Walnut Pie or Bourbon Pecan Pie.
