Peanut Butter Pie

This No-Bake Peanut Butter pie has a creamy peanut butter filling and an oreo cookie crumb crust all topped with chopped peanut butter cups and drizzled with peanut butter and chocolate sauce.

PREP TIME: 15 mins

- Oreo cookie crust - Heavy cream - Cream cheese - Granulated sugar - Vanilla extract - Creamy peanut butter - Semi sweet chocolate - Brown sugar - Peanut butter cups

CHILL TIME: 4 Hours

KEY INGREDIENTS

Mix sugar & oreo crumbs with melted butter. Add to a pie plate to form the crust. Either par-bake or freeze to harden.

MAKE THE OREO CRUMB CRUST

Using an electric mixer, add whipped heavy cream to cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and peanut butter. Transfer the filling to the pie crust.

PREPARE THE FILLING

Place in the refrigerator to set up. It needs at least 4 hours of chill time, but preferably overnight.

CHILL TIME

When ready to serve, make the chocolate and peanut butter sauces. Top the chilled pie with cut up peanut butter cups and pipe on the sauces.
