Glazed Peach Turnovers

These Peach Turnovers feature perfectly cooked peaches baked in a hand-held flaky pie crust, all finished with the perfect peach glaze.

Mix the peach filling ingredients in a bowl, then transfer to the stovetop and cook until thickened. Cool completely.

PREPARE FILLING

Defrost (or roll out if using homemade) pastry and cut into six squares.

Place filling in the middle of the puff pastry. Close the puff pastry around the peach filling.
