Maple Sweet Potato Pie

A creamy, decadent, maple sweet potato filling is baked in a gingersnap crumb crust to make for a delicious twist on a classic Southern Pie

– roasted sweet potatoes – maple syrup – maple extract – gingersnap cookies – light brown sugar – spices – eggs – heavy cream

Blind bake gingersnap pie crust and set aside until ready to use.
