Homemade Brown Sugar Pop Tarts
Homemade pop tart pastry dough is stuffed with a buttery brown sugar filling, baked, and then topped with the most perfect cinnamon glaze.

First, you have to make the pop tart dough. The dough needs to chill overnight.
Roll out the pop tart dough and cut rectangles about 3 x 4" big.
Re-roll any scraps one time. This dough should yield about 16-18 rectangles.
Mix together the brown sugar cinnamon filling (it's so good!)
Fill and assemble the pop tarts.
Bake until light golden brown on the edges and the bottom.
Mix together the cinnamon glaze.
Drizzle over the baked pop tarts. Let set, and then enjoy!
