Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

This Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie is the pie you never knew you needed to make!  A classic chocolate chip cookie batter is baked right in a pie crust. Eat it warm, topped with vanilla ice cream for the ultimate comfort food.


– 9" pie crust – unsalted butter – sugar – vanilla – eggs – all-purpose flour – baking soda – salt – walnuts – chocolate chips

Step 1

Make the pie crust, let it rest, roll it out and blind bake it, though this is optional.

Make the chocolate chip cookie batter with an electric mixer.

Toss together walnuts, chocolate chips and a teaspoon flour in a small bowl.

Step 4

Pour the nut and flour mixture to the cookie batter and slowly mix together until fully combined.

Step 5

 Transfer the batter to pie crust, topping with a few additional chocolate chips. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes, or until puffed around the edges.

Let the pie cool for about an hour, before serving. Serve with vanilla ice cream!
