Caramel Macchiato Pie

This No-Bake Caramel Macchiato Pie has all the fantastic flavor of that iconic espresso drink with a creamy coffee no-bake cheesecake filling and tons of homemade caramel swirled throughout.

PREP TIME: 20 minutes

instant espresso or instant coffee  biscoff cookies cream cheese heavy cream sugar butter salt

CHILL TIME: 4 hours

Prepare the biscoff cookie crust.  Set aside.

PREPARE THE CRUST

Prepare (or buy) the salty caramel and let cool completely.

PREPARE THE CARAMEL

Whip heavy cream and prepared cooled caramel together until semi-stiff peaks form. Set that aside.

PREPARE THE FILLING

 In the now-empty bowl, whip the cream cheese, coffee, and sugar until it's completely smooth.

PREPARE THE FILLING

Gently fold the whipped caramel cream into the cream cheese coffee mixture until fully combined.

PREPARE THE FILLING

Layer in the no-bake coffee filling with the caramel in three additions. Chill the assembled pie at least 4 hours.

Decorate the pie with additional whipped cream and more caramel, if desired.
